📜 Terms of Service (TOS)

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conduct

  • Respect & Patience: Please be respectful. I am a human, and sometimes things out of my control may happen. If there is a delay, I will be sure to contact you

    Sending Refrences: I am pretty creative and know how to work without them, but working with something in mind will always make my workflow smoother.


  • AI Policy: Under no circumstances are you permitted to feed my songs or works into any AI learning software, databases, or models.


  • Communication: I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time due to poor communication, rudeness, or inability to reach an agreement (with a refund provided if applicable). You are also free to cancel at any time, but please note that you will be charged for any progress already made on the track.

2. Waitlist & Deadlines

  • Waitlist: If I have other active commissions, you will be placed on a waitlist. I will always notify you of your position and provide an estimated start time.


  • Priority: the first one who dms me is first. the rest of the people that dm after, will go one by one. i dont require you to pay extra just to be the first one in priority


  • Deadlines: Please keep in mind that I may struggle with tight deadlines. I prioritize quality, and I have a personal life—I appreciate your understanding that I do my best to deliver as soon as possible.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Methods: I accept Roblox (Gamepasses & Group Funds),


  • Taxes: If paying via Roblox Gamepasses, you must cover the tax/fee.


  • Negotiation: Prices are negotiable, provided they do not fall below my set minimum.

4. The Commission Process

  • Technical Knowledge: Please have basic knowledge of music structure before contacting me so we can communicate effectively.


  • Work-in-Progress: I will send a low-quality (128kbps) MP3 preview for your approval.


  • Final Delivery: The high-quality .WAV and .OGG files (and stems, if requested) will be delivered only after I receive the full payment with proof.

5. Copyright & Portfolio

  • Ownership: I retain full intellectual property and copyright of my work. it CAN be like: published by (youre studio name/game) but the work should be always credited that its made by me.


  • Credits: Whether you credit me in your game is up to you. but its appreciated if you do.


  • Portfolio Usage: I reserve the right to display your commissioned work in my portfolio and use it as a demonstration for future clients.
